The manuscripts regard Pierre de Maucroix and his wife, who donate to the monks of Sainte-Croix-de-la-Bretonnerie their house, rue de la Vieille Tissanderie in Paris.
The charters are written in 57 and 11-line formats.
The smaller charter has been mounted on paper for preservation.

These manuscripts are in very good shape, with minimal wear and minor staining to the parchment.
