There are several ownership inscriptions, the earliest being dated 1798.
These volumes most recently belonged to the library collection of Mulberry House, a former rectory of High Ongar church.

These volumes are in very good shape, with rubbing and wear to the bindings, heavier to the spine and hinges. The last few leaves to the second volume have wormholes to the margins. There is some toning and yellowing throughout.
