This is the first of two volumes, with the Bible beginning with Genesis and ending with Psalms. The first 27 books of the Old Testament.
This volume most recently belonged to the library collection of Mulberry House, a former rectory of High Ongar church.
This volume has been finely bound in a contemporary red leather, which is in a wallet style, serving as additional protection.
