An early 14th century Medieval Period charter, written in French, handwritten on parchment. The manuscript is written in an early secretary hand, with a large, detailed initial at the beginning.
The manuscript is regarding a group of individuals receiving the annuity of 40 Livre Parisis for a house on rue des "Marivas" (Marivaux?), in the parish of St-Jacques-la-Boucherie.
This charter is written in a 58-line format.

This manuscript is in very good shape, with a couple of marginal parchment lackings, not affecting text, and minor staining to the outside of the charter.
