The manuscript regards one Juliette de Bapalme and her brother Jehan, children of the late Mauger l'Orfèvre, and their acknowledgment having sold an acre and a half of land to Gauthier, known as le Grand Buchio, and to Marie his wife, located in Saint-Marcel, contiguous to the Clos Saint-Victor in Paris
