Title: Medieval Charter. Manuscript on Parchment, 1273. The Count of Dreux and Montfort Gives Generously to the Nuns of the Convent of Saint-Antoine de Paris
Condition: Very Good

A late 13th century Medieval Period charter, written in French, handwritten on parchment. The manuscript has been written in an early secretary hand.

The manuscript regards Amaury, Count of Dreux and Montfort, who gives to the abbey and the nuns of the convent of Saint-Antoine de Paris, one hundred pigs to be taken each year in the forest of Yveline.

This charter is written in a 12-line format.

One manuscript on parchment, 13.6 x 30.4 cm

This manuscript is in very good shape, with minor staining to the parchment, and some of text loss to the right hand where the manuscript has abruptly cut off.
