A late 12th to early 13th century leaf fragment, from a Missal, written in Latin, and produced in Germany, in a late Carolingian-Gothic (proto-gothic) script. There are some musical neumes present.
This manuscript was once used as binder’s waste, saved from a bookbinding, and used as a spine lining, as is evident with the shape of the fragment.
