Condition: Good

A 14th century leaf fragment from a rather sizeable manuscript Latin Missal, produced in Germany. The text is written in Latin, and is a Gothic script written in black ink, bearing several, ornate two-line initials in red and blue, as well as several lines of musical notation, with large initials in black and red.

This manuscript fragment is written in a double column, 20-line format.

One manuscript on parchment, 20.5 x 37.6 cm

This manuscript is in good shape, with wear and staining to the parchment. There is some worming to the center, with a tear developing to the bottom of the center
