A Meiji Period, late 19th century manuscript, tentatively dubbed Kacho Oyobi Sansui no zu, or a Painting Album of Sites with Flowers and Birds.
As the title entails, the manuscript appears to be an unknown artist sketchbook, with 24 brightly painted pages of various flowers and branches, with different small breeds of birds as well, with considerable attention to detailing on the plumage. There are several landscapes as well, depicting some sort of gradual transition of the four seasons.

This manuscript is in good shape, with some creasing and wear to the covers. There is ink bleeding, mostly to the upper and lower margins, and minor, scattered soiling.
