An early 17th century edition of Homer's Odyssey, that is, Of the deeds of Ulysses: his own Batrochomyomachia, hymns, & epigrams, written in Greek, and all with a Latin ad verbum translation by M. Aemilius Porti, Francisci Porti Cretensis f., which he, following his father's commentaries accurately, has purged from innumerable errors: he is joined by his own paleography: with a necessary list.
The rear endpaper appears to be from a late incunabular imprint.
One finely bound volume in 16mo, (8)+895+(40) pages
This volume is in very good shape, with minor rubbing and wear to the binding. The first and last leaves are worn down and slightly stained. There is very little foxing or staining elsewhere.
