A Late Edo Period, early 19th century, printed birth chart for one Fan Jiang in the first year of the Bunka Era, utilizing the I Ching system of divination, and centering around the Five Elements of Na Yin. Excitingly, this chart comes with a functioning I Ching divination diagram, and a working volvelle to boot.
To the other side of the sheet is a brief series of explanation of the elements, their compatibilities and incompatibility.
This type of personalized birth chart, with a working volvelle, seems to be extraordinarily scarce, with no comparable examples found on Worldcat. Admittedly, I am not sure what to search for on Kokusho.
One folded sheet, 25.6 x 36.7 cm
This chart is in good shape, with wear and minor worming to the sheet, only slightly affecting a few characters in the divination chart.
