This copy has been neatly bound in 15th century manuscript waste, written in a Medieval secretary script, with a few hints of red rubrics still present.

This volume is in very good shape, with some rubbing and wear to the binding, with some of the manuscript waste having faded. There is slight worming to the first two leaves, mostly affecting the gutters. There is some foxing and browning throughout.
