A Late Edo Period, early 19th century manuscript sketchbook, being a literati artist’s selection of sumptuous ink wash drawings.

Despite being a rather diminutive manuscript, there are numerous drawings and sketches in both ink and color, with quite a few pasted examples, totalling dozens of pieces. From floral gatherings to animals and more, there is quite to view within this work.

One manuscript in (11.5 x 14.8 cm), 13 leaves

This manuscript is in poor shape; the binding and text block all being largely detached. There is some soiling and wear throughout.
