An extremely scarce early 16th century edition of the Sermons of Gabriel Barelete, both Lenten and on the Saints. This contains both Tomes Primus and Secondus, bound as one.
There are some scattered annotations throughout, with a few hand-drawn manicules. Most significantly, leaves 107 to 115 are half missing, but an early hand (late 17th to early 18th) has restored the pages using laid paper, and fully supplemented the missing text by hand.

Two volumes bound into one vellum volume in 12mo, (3 of 4)+173(15), 101+(8) leaves
This volume is in very good shape, with minor wear and old staining to the binding. As noted, leaves 107-115 are partially lacking with the early handwritten supplements. For some reason a heart shape has been partially cut out to leaf 144 in Tomus Primus. The pages are toned, and there is minor staining to the lower margins, a bit heavier to the first and last handful of leaves.
