A sizable mid 13th century medieval charter, written in French, handwritten on parchment in the year 1258, from the reign of King Louis IX. The charter is written in an elaborate script.

The manuscript represents a sale in the officiality of Bourges, by Guillaume Fils-de-Dieu, from Saint-Palais, to Perrel de Quantilly, for a portion of vineyards located in Menetou-Salon.

This manuscript has been written in a 15-line format.
