A late 17th century edition of the Book of Common Prayer, and administration of sacraments, and other rites and ceremonies of the Church, according to the use of the Church of England: together with the Psalter or Psalms of David, pointed as they are to be sung or said in churches.

To one of the rear endpapers is a dated ownership inscription from the year 1834.

This volume most recently belonged to the library collection of Mulberry House, a former rectory of High Ongar church.

The volume has been bound in beautiful red morocco leather, with Cambridge panel gilt tooling, and a monogram for one SB at the center of the boards.

One finely bound volume in small quarto, A2-L4, 1-87

This volume is in very good shape, with some rubbing and wear to the binding, heavier to the hinges, and the lower hinge splitting. There is foxing and some scattered staining throughout.
