This edition is bound in a richly decorated and ornate cartonnage binding of the period, adorned with golden gilt, and swirling designs on both covers, with a central panel design.

On note of condition this volume is in good shape, with some wear and rubbing at the corners, as well at the head and foot of the spine. The gilt decoration shines brightly, with some staining noted on the covers. There is some foxing and staining throughout both volumes.
