This edition is bound in a richly decorated and ornate cartonnage binding of the period, adorned with gilt against various striped hues of green, pink, red, with an outline of white. There is a central panel of flowering designs against gilt.
One finely decorated cartonnage volume in 12mo, 367 pages
On note of condition this volume is in very good shape, with minor rubbing and wear to the binding, with some chipping noted at the headcap and the ends of the hinges. There is foxing throughout.
