Author: Publius Ovidius Naso
Publisher: Antverpiae, Apud
Condition: Fair

An extremely scarce mid 17th century edition of a various collection of works by Ovid, containing, Fasti, a poetical work, Tristia, a collection of letters in elegiac couplets, and Epistulae ex Ponto, a collection of letters describing Ovid's exile in Tomis written in elegiac couplets and addressed to his wife and friends.

There are several misnumbered pages throughout.

One vellum bound volume in 32mo, 431 pages

On note of condition, this volume is in fair shape, with rubbing and wear to the binding. Pages 171-190 are lacking, with a large portion of Tristium’s Liber Primus lacking. There is very little foxing or staining throughout, with toning to some pages.
