This prayer manuscript is written in black naskh font throughout in a 9-line format, with an additional 9 lines of Persian translations in red under each black line, along with blue and red borders. The opening bifolio is a colorful gold and blue decoration of polychrome designs, with floral designs to the margins. A portion of the illumination is lacking. There is marginalia throughout.

This manuscript is in good shape, with minimal rubbing to the binding. There is a closed tear to the first leaf, and several tears throughout, with tape repairs. There is some staining throughout and smudging to some of the ink.
