A mid 19th century of Les Six Cent Mille Combattants, otherwise known as the Children of the Patriarchs in the Conquest of their homelands, being a Biblical account of the 600,000 Isrealite men who left Egypt for the Promised Land, and their subsequent conquest of Canaan.
This edition is bound in a richly decorated and ornate cartonnage binding of the period, adorned with gilt against white and blue. There is a lithograph central panel.

On note of condition, this volume is in very good shape, with minor rubbing and wear to the binding, with very light staking to the central panel. There is very little foxing or staining throughout.
