Of Perez himself, he was a Spanish jurist and professor in Louvain, studying law in studied the right in Belgium and France, and was accepted into the pulpit of institutes in Leuven, around 1619.

One volume in 12mo, 642 pages + index

On note of condition, this volume is in fair shape, with the binding heavily worn and soft in several spots. The binding holds well, despite the cracked joints. There is minor foxing and staining present throughout.
