A late 16th century dual language edition of Homer's epic poem, the Odyssey, printed in Latin and Greek respectively. Also included is his parody of the Iliad, the Batrachomyomachia, and Hymns. There are several large woodcut initials, and printed manicles.
This edition is lacking pages 795-838 from the Hymns, though the Odyssey and Batrachomyomachia are complete.
Two finely bound volumes in 32mo, (16)+1-424+425-794 (of 839)+(9) pages
On note of condition, these volumes are in good shape, with minor rubbing and wear to the binding. There is very little staining throughout. As noted, pages 795-838 are lacking.
