Title: Examen de Conscience destine principalement a l'usage de la Jeunesse, 1826
Author: J. Moronval
Publisher: Paris, J. Moronval, Imprimeur-Libraire
Condition: Very Good

An extremely scarce edition of Moronval’s Examination of Conscience intended mainly for the use of the Youth. This volume has been uniquely bound in what appears to be a 19th century newspaper.

The examination of conscience is a spiritual exercise, religious or otherwise, by which it examines an individual in consciousness, how they did or promoted well and resisted - or died resisting - the evil in the approaches, attitudes and thoughts of their daily life, all with a view to improving the moral or religious quality of their life. The examinations of conscience are questions revolving around the Ten Commandments.

Worldcat only records one copy in existing libraries.

One volume in 12mo, 38 pages

On note of condition, this volume is in very good shape, with some minor wear and tearing at the corners of the paper binding. There is little to no foxing throughout.
