A first edition, first printing of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. An iconic example of Gothic horror, it helped to establish many of the themes present in later vampire fantasy.
This copy has no ad for The Shoulder of Shasta on the last integral leaf (2C4) and is bound with the 8-page undated publisher's advertisement catalog at the end.
This copy has been rebound in morocco yellow, and the titles highlighted in gilt red. The original and iconic cloth covers have been preserved and bound into the rear of the volume.

On note of condition, this volume is in very good shape, with very light rubbing to the covers, and two small indents to the front cover. There is a one-third tear to pages 117 and 119 going across horizontally. Page 281 shows signs of dogearing. There is virtually no foxing and very little staining throughout, with a pencil mark to the final catalog leaf. There is toning to the very edges of the pages.
