A late 19th century edition of Levi’s Dai Nostri Poeti Viventi, being one of a Limited Edition of 400 copies. This work is bound in a Florentine-style vellum binding, with hand painted designs and lettering to the front and back, and leather stitching to the covers. The endpapers are a stunning design of flowering designs against golden gilt.
One hand-painted vellum bound volume in 12mo, 272 pages
On note of condition, this volume is in very good shape, with very little rubbing or wear to the binding. There is very little foxing or staining throughout. One leather tie is lacking.
