A mid 17th century manuscript accounting register belonging to a member of the Hodaige Family, dated 1664. The family of Hodaige (or Houdeige) counted among its members merchants, lawyers, men of the Church or holders of public offices (mayors, etc.). This manuscript is for the records of Jacques de Hodaige, canon and cantor of Saint-Paul. Some noted locations include Bassenge, Esneux, Fleron, Horion, Liege, Melen, Vaux, etc, with numerous entries going to 1675.
This volume has been bound in a manuscript fragment from the 14th century, with rubrication in blue and red.

This manuscript is in fair shape, with heavy rubbing and wear to the binding, and cracking to the hinges, with some peeling to the spine. There is some foxing and toning throughout.
